Apple and Mercedes‑Benz today announced that Apple Music’s highly regarded Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos support is now available for the first time as a native experience in Mercedes‑Benz vehicles, delivering on their joint commitment to provide customers around the world with the best music experience. Apple Music with Spatial Audio comes fully integrated through the MBUX infotainment system, a first in the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, EQS and EQS SUV, as well as EQE, EQE SUV and S-Class, equipping these vehicles with studio-quality sounds better than in any concert hall and provides drivers with a fully immersive listening experience with unparalleled, multidimensional sound and clarity.

Mercedes-Benz drivers already subscribed to Apple Music get instant access to an ever-growing selection of songs and albums available on Spatial Audio from some of the world’s biggest artists across all genres, including hip-hop, country, Latin, pop, and classic 1. Apple Music also offers curated Spatial Audio playlists like Spatial Driving and Spatial Hip-Hop, where listeners can find and discover songs from their favorite artists. In addition, subscribers can access Apple Music’s entire catalog of 100 million songs, thousands of editorially curated playlists, and daily picks from the world’s best music experts, including all the artists and hosts who broadcast on Apple Music 1, Apple Music Hits, and Apple Music Country live global radio stations.
