The AMD Radeon RX 6900XT gets even cheaper, now available for $669/€699

Limited offers on RX 6900XT

We recently published on Radeon RX 6900XT costs less than 700 USD and 740 EUR. It turned out that just a week later this price was even lower.

Before we get into the details, we must note that these are not official Radeon RX 6900XT GPU price cuts. On the contrary, they are limited offers from well-known retailers, namely the German Mindfactory and Amazon US/Newegg.

Radeon RX 6900XT has finally dropped below 699 EUR. A limited sale of 120 Radeon RX 6900XT from ASRock is now live on Mindfactory. This is actually the cheapest Radeon RX 6900XT according to price comparison site Geizhals (€749), but the seller is lowering the price by another €50 through its MindStar program. Historically the lowest price for this card was 710 EUR, and in January it was even 1540 EUR.

The deals are also spreading among US retailers. Amazon US has a price matching Newegg offer from last week. The The XFX SWIFT 319 retails now for $669, which is even cheaper than the same card sold by the official Newegg store. This is a sleek, three-fan design with three fans and a 2.7-slot heatsink. If you’re looking for a different model at this price point, Newegg also has the ASRock Phantom 669 USD.

What these deals show is a clear downward trend in premium Radeon GPUs. Just a few weeks before the expected update of the AMD high-end Navi line. Not to mention that NVIDIA will announce its GeForce RTX 4080 next month. Similar deals can be found for the RX 6950XT cards, but they’re not as good as the 2020 model.
