1. Use the Notes app

Step 1: Open the Notes app on your iPhone.

Step 2: Click on the compose icon in the lower right corner.

2. Use Adobe Fill & Sign

If you already have an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, use the AdobeFill and Sign app on your iPhone to scan and sign documents. Let us show you how.

Step 1: Download Adobe Fill & Sign from the App Store.

Step 2: Sign in with your Adobe account details.

Step 3: Tap + at the top. You will find several options for importing a document for signature.

The fourth step: Select “Take a photo” to open the built-in camera.
