Xiaomi reveals the first smartphones to receive MIUI 14 with Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 global versions

According to XiaomiuiXiaomi has already started testing MIUI on two Snapdragon 8 Gen 2– powered smartphones. Believed to be the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro, the pair are rumored to be targeted for a November release in China. However, it remains to be seen when Xiaomi will launch any smartphone globally. For reference, the build numbers for both devices are as follows:

As the images below show, Xiaomi has based all MIUI 14 builds on Android 13. It seems that the Xiaomi 13 series is not the only device that is being internally tested for Android 13 and MIUI 14 upgrades. Apparently, Xiaomi is also developing a corresponding version for the Xiaomi 12T Pro on MIUI’s European and global branches. On the other hand, Xiaomi has extended its internal testing of MIUI 14 to the Xiaomi 12S and Redmi K50 series, with all models in different build revisions.

For example, Xiaomiui reports that Redmi K50 Ultra and Xiaomi 12S Pro are already on V14.0.0.6, unlike Xiaomi 12T Pro. It is currently unknown when Xiaomi will start releasing MIUI 14 public beta updates, let alone stable ones. The MIUI 14 rollout is assumed to start in China before it reaches global phones, if past major update releases are anything to go by. The full list of initial versions of MIUI 14 is as follows:
