Apple lowers exchange values for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and more
Apple lowered this week Trade values for select iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch models in the US, which results in customers getting less money for their current devices as the holiday shopping season approaches.
Macs are enjoying some of the most significant trade-in value cuts, with the iMac Pro now priced at $600 up from the previous $1,150, while the MacBook Pro is now up to $630 up from the previous $850. iPhone trade-in values are down as much as $70, although both the iPhone XS and iPhone XR have increased by as much as $10.
Exchange values for Android smartphones have also been lowered, while exchanges for Apple Watch Series 3 are no longer accepted.
