Apple says iOS 16 update is coming soon with a fix for ad-related issues
“There is an issue affecting SKAdNetwork for iOS 16.1 users,” Apple says. “We are working to quickly resolve this issue in a software update.”

SKAdNetwork enables advertisers to measure ad success by assigning app installs to specific ad campaigns – in other words, it allows advertisers to see how successful an ad has been at getting users to download an app from the App Store. iOS 16.1 released 2 weeks ago With SKadNetwork 4.0which provides more performance statistics for advertisers, adds support for web ads, and includes other improvements.

Earlier today, we reported that Apple Prepare iOS 16.1.1 Update, which hopefully will remedy this error and Wi-Fi randomly disconnecting issue on some iPhones. iOS 16.2 is also in beta testing and is expected to be released in December.

We’ve reached out to Apple for comment and will update this story if we receive any additional information.
