DioField Chronicle Free Update Launches March 2023 – Adds New Scenario, Weapon, Skills, Mode, and Difficulty

publisher Square Enix and developer Arrow Will issue a free update for The DioField Chronicle In March 2023, the companies announced. It will add a new scenario, weapon, skills, mode and difficulty level.

• New scenario – A new scenario not seen in the main story starring Waltaquin Redditch. In this scenario, which is playable after clearing Chapter 5, you will make your way through missions while controlling Waltaquin. “Behemoth” will appear as the final boss.
• New weapon “Grimoire” – In the newly added scenario, you will be able to equip Waltaquin’s custom weapon “Grimoire”, which can use skills to summon units and transform into other forms.
• New skills – The new skill “Necromancy” can be used to summon a skull knight. The new skill “Necrotame” can be used to transform your units into Skull Dragon to unlock powerful skills.
• High difficulty “Extra Mode” – A mode where high-level enemies from Chapter 1 appear. This will be added as a function of “New Game +”, which allows you to continue levels, weapons, and skill trees after completing the main story.
• New difficulty level “Very Hard” – The “Ultra Hard” difficulty level provides more challenging battles with fewer fragment drops, reduced enemy skill usage frequency and cooldowns, limited revive time, HP recovery, etc.
