How to catch and evolve Eevee into Pokémon Scarlet and Violet this weekend
Unlike previous games in Pokemon main series, Bright red AND blue have made fan favorite Eevee quite tricky to catch. Only appearing in a few tiny little areas and with very low spawn rates, trying to evolve your octet of Eeveelutions has never been more difficult. But this weekend, the matches’ The first Tera Raid Battle event should make catching the blighter much easier.
At any other time, if you want an Eevee, you’ll need to go to Western Province Area 3, Southern Province Area 2, or the road on the way to the Pokemon league. But this weekend after Thanksgiving, it has been announced that the Tera Raid Battle Event will feature an Eevee Spotlight.

Running from today, Friday the 25th at 11:00 a.m. to Monday the 28th at 10:59 a.m., Eevee will be much more likely to appear in Tera Raid Battles – the ones triggered by the approaching crystals of large shiny ones that emit large beams of light into the sky. . Which means that not only will Eevee be easier to find, but you’ll have the option to stack a bunch of them with different Tera types – meaning they’ll switch from Normal type in any of the other 19.

There is a small caveat, but not significant. In order for the Raid Battle Event to be activated in your game, you will need your Switch to be connected to the Internet long enough to download the latest Poké Portal News, which must be downloaded automatically if you are already online. And no, this has nothing to do with the paid Switch Online subscription, so don’t worry about that. All for free.
With a bunch of Eevees under your belt, you’ll probably want to start thinking about evolving them into their eight different forms. (All my hopes for a ninth Paldean Eevee seem to have been dashed.) Here are some helpful hints for getting all eight eeveelutions:
Flareon: Give your Eevee a Firestone.
Glaceon: Give your Eevee an Ice Stone.
Jolteon: Give your Eevee a Thunder Stone.
Leafon: Give your Eevee a Leaf Stone.
Vaporeon: Give your Eevee a Water Stone.
Espeon: You need your Eevee at a high friendship level, make sure it doesn’t know any Fairy moves, and then let it evolve during the day.
Umbreon: High friendship again, don’t let him learn any Fairy moves and then let him evolve overnight.
Sylveon: Once again, a high level of friendliness, but this time make sure makes know a Fairy move, then evolve that day or night.
Combined with Tera Types from Tera Battles, this will be good incredibly complicated! Good luck!
