At the ‘Far Out’ event on September 7, Apple unveiled four new smartphones in the iPhone 14 series – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. This year, Apple replaced the iPhone Mini, introduced in 2020, with the new 6.7-inch iPhone 14 Plus. The 6.1-inch iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus is powered by the A15 Bionic chipset. The devices feature a dual 12MP camera and a 12MP TrueDepth front camera. New smartphones come with unique features such as satellite SOS detection, Photonic Engine and improved battery life. The devices are available in midnight blue, starlight, purple and red color options. 5G-enabled devices come with Super Retina XDR displays with OLED technology that delivers 1200 nits of peak brightness in HDR and Dolby Vision.
