South Tahoe Police Asks for Public Assistance in Locating Robbery Suspect
South Lake Tahoe, Calif. – Officials are seeking public assistance in finding a suspect accused of holding a convenience store employee at gunpoint.

The South Lake Tahoe Police Department responded at around 1:20 a.m. Thursday at Block 800 of Emerald Bay Road 7-11. The employee said that the accused had fled on foot.
During the investigation, officers determined that an unidentified male subject had come into the store, pointed a pistol at the employee and demanded money.
The accused had left the shop on foot with undisclosed cash.

Officers searched the area but ultimately the suspect could not be traced.
The suspect is described as a white male, about 6 feet tall and with a slender texture.
The suspect was wearing all black, a black beanie, a hood over his head and a black face covering.
