The Sega Genesis Mini 2 is now available with 60 games

Sega’s new retro Genesis Mini 2 console that comes with 60 classic games pre-installed is now available for order for $99.99.

We first heard about the Sega Genesis Mini 2 a a few months ago. It is a continuation of the similar renewal of 2019 classic gaming console.

This time, Sega added a few extra games to the list. Out of 42, the new Genesis Mini 2 comes with 60 games pre-installed. You can check full list here or in the video below.

Some of Sega’s most iconic titles are returning with the Genesis Mini 2. Sonic 3D Blast, Phantasy Star 2, AND Here is the dolphin are just some of the classics that made it to the Gemesis Mini 2.

The console uses a USB adapter for power and an HDMI cable to connect to your TV. It can output video in 480p or 720p.

It has a single wired controller that connects via USB-A to the keyboard. You can use controllers from the original Genesis Mini, but they are slightly different.

This version’s controllers have six buttons compared to just three on the original version. This shouldn’t have much of an effect on gameplay, but it’s a significant difference.

The Sega Genesis Mini 2 will only be released in Japan. However, you can order it in other parts of the world through Amazon via Amazon Japan.

All this means is that you will have to pay for shipping, which may take some time to be delivered. However, the Amazon listing says that delivery should only take about a week, which isn’t bad at all.
