Troops seek public assistance in locating man wanted for felony – Delaware State Police
Delaware State Police is investigating an incident in Dover last evening where a man threatened another subject with a handcuff.
On November 11, 2022, at approximately 9:15 a.m., soldiers responded about a serious threat incident to Wawa, located at 1450 Forest Avenue in Dover. Troopers contacted 20-year-old male victim, who advised that he had recently attempted to retrieve a vehicle Mark Morris, 31, Dover, Delaware K. While the victim was at Morris’ residence, Morris approached him, displayed a handcuff, and threatened to kill him if he took his vehicle back. The victim abandoned the property and traveled to Wawa to report the incident to the police.
Soldiers attempted to locate Morris but were unable to do so. Morris currently has several active warrants for his arrest, including a felony criminal warrant issued by Troop 3 for the incident. Morris is described as a white male, about 5’11” tall, weighing about 360 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
